Anyone else afraid to DTD?

Ever since I got my BFP, I'm a little afraid to do the deed with DH. I had spotting in all my other pregnancies, and this is the only one where I haven't had any (knock on wood). But, I'm afraid if we DTD, we'll irritate my cervix and I'll be crazy with worry if spotting starts.

We're still having fun in other ways, but I feel badly because while we were TTC, I was all over DH and now he must think I'm finished with him since he got me knocked up. :D My drive is definitely there, but I'm so darn tired these days that I just don't have the energy to do that since I'd rather sleep.

Anyone else feeling this way, too?

I'm right with you on that one...I'm not sure when I'll feel comfortable with it.

I had some light spotting with this one....so it may be a month or two (or three - yikes!)

I feel the exact same way! I have zero interest at the moment however. It's probably because of the progesterone suppositories and

Sherry,

I was the same way in the start of my pregnancy, but the further in your pregnancy you will feel more comfortable to do it!!!

Hugs,

I totally understand...I didn't want to do it really at all, and then when we did at 9 weeks I started bleeding! My poor husband thinks he's going to hurt the baby and as it turns out the doctor put me on pelvic rest...possibly for the remainder of my pregnancy. We've been trying to "do other things" but it's just not the same. I think that even when we get the okay to do it I still won't want to so it could be a loooooong 6 months.

I'm so glad I'm not the only one feeling this way. Well, not glad that you ladies are in the same boat, but YKWIM. ;-)

DH has been wonderfully understanding and only wants to do what makes me comfortable. I'm another one trying to figure out what "comfortable" is. :-D

GL and TY!
