I am 10wks today (hooray!) and was hoping to get something out of my doctor like a quicky u/s during my appt this morning...lol. I had one just after 6 wks and all looked on target. I haven't had any spotting (knocking on lots of wood!) so my doc thinks I will be fine waiting till my screening that is in 2 weeks. It's a little nerve wracking because I am going on vacation next week and would have loved to know all really is okay especially with these aches I have been having. It was a bummer since he couldn't find the h/b with the doppler yet...but it is still early for that so I am trying not to fret. I keep telling myself that this is the smooth pg I have dreamed about prayed for and all will be fine!

Sorry you didn't get that quicky u/s you were hoping for and that he couldn't find the h/b with the doppler. That sucks, but you're right- it is still early to find it that way. I'm sure your little bean is just fine though. I hope these next two weeks fly by for you until your big scan! What day are you going in? Mine is on the 30th...
