Congrats on your great numbers! It's good that you're waiting a bit to do your ultrasound, at this point there isn't much they could see anyways, and they wouldn't be able to determine viability. Some doctors like to wait until at least 8 weeks (I waited until 9 with this pregnancy just to avoid the stress of the whole thing). A pain below your rib cage doesn't sound pregnancy-related...could you have pulled something?
