I am in the early stages of my 6th pregnancy. I lost three pregnancies, one in each trimester, and I have two healthy children. My son is 4.5 and my daughter will be 6 soon.

It's very strange to be pregnant again now, 10 years after my first pregnancy. I hope it takes.

I would like to offer a bit of advice that I have gleaned during my many years of infertility and perinatal experiences. If you want something, you must ASK for it! Doctors will usually treat you like an average patient. Don't be average! Even with my history, I had to ask my doctor (new for this pregnancy) to run certain tests that he normally would not have.

These boards were a great help to me during my many rides on the baby-go-round. I hope I can help somebody the way that I was helped.

Hi Rebecca. Just wanted to welcome you and congratulate you on your pregnancy.

Was sorry to read you've had 3 m/c's. And having one in each trimester? It must have been so tough.

I have a 5 year old (boy), and last year had a m/c at 8 weeks. I am now 27 weeks along with baby #2 (my last!).

Wishing you a happy and healthy 9 months,

Linda
