Who's starting to feel some movement now? I've had some flutters since around 11 weeks. I was starting to worry a bit as I hadn't felt anything for about a week. Last night I got a little kick which was perfect. We have had company and I've been busy, so I think that is why I didn't notice anything. I was just too busy with everything else. As soon as I went to bed last night, I started to feel the movements.

Susan,

WOW, that is amazing that you started feeling something at 11 weeks. I was told I wouldn't feel anything until at least week 16, and most likely not until week 18-20. I started feeling movement around week 18 and now that I am more than 21 weeks, my dh can feel it too, which is awesome!

Enjoy, I hear it's not nearly as "fun" the further along you get.

I have a DS who I first felt around 18-20 weeks. He was actually a good boy and never kicked me in the ribs or anything so I had no complaints about his kicks. Others have told me they can see an outline of a foot when baby kicks really hard. A few friends with more than one have said that they can feel it earlier. Parentsplace's calender says by 15 weeks you might feel something especially if you have kids already.

Hopefully your little one keeps to rolls and gentle kicks and keeps away from the ribs.

I felt a tiny bit at 16 weeks. I am now at 18 and feel it more, but only at night or sometimes during the day when I am sitting down relaxed. Went to a movie two nights ago and after some popcorn, felt a ton of movement!!

This last week (15th week) I've felt some flutters--definitely not anything I've ever felt before in my body and definitely in a different place.

Can't wait til he/she is playing soccer in there!

Im 13 weeks and havent felt anything yet. I didnt feel my daughter kick until I was between 16 and 18 weeks. I cant remember. For the lady who said she has heard it doesnt feel good the further along you are, I would have to agree with that. My daughter thought my bladder was a soccer ball and everytime she kicked it I peed my pants a little lol. Definately felt like there was an alien in there.....

I felt a flutter at 12 weeks but haven't felt much since then (now 14 weeks). It was something I never felt ever in my life and I was sitting quietly at my desk. Most of the time I am moving around a lot since I am a dance instructor so that may be the reason. Maybe the baby is practicing to be Rockette! My Mom thinks it was just gas!
