First can I say ... YIPPEE... this is my first post in the 2T!!
My appointment went very well! At first the u/s tech was just taking pictures and not saying a word, which of course got my PAL brain spinning. But then she said, okay the baby looks good and is very active! Now that's what I wanted to hear. She found a good angle for me and we watched for a bit. Poor little thing had the hiccups! BC is measuring right on target, and the hr was 167. I just love hearing that little sound!
Oh, and I LOVED the doctor! They're going to keep me around the high risk practice b/c of the apa. They want to watch this pg very closely to make sure they can catch and prevent anything from happening. This is absolutely fine by me! It's really a preventative measure, and because of it I'll get u/s every 4-6 weeks and even more as the time gets closer! I'm supposed to go back for my Level II u/s in 4 weeks...I asked if I could postpone it for 4 days so

I'm glad to hear everything looked great! I wish the techs would give a running commentary instead of giving us heart-attacks.
It's nice that you'll be getting lots of ultrasounds, it's always very reassuring.

Yay Candace,
Your doctor sounds great and your so lucky you get to have U/S all of the time. Welcome to the 2t!!!!!!!!! I'm glad that everything is going so smoothly for you. I'm sure you'll have fun telling everyone. Seeing their facial expression is the best part.
I'm so glad things are going so well, and hope you can breathe a sigh of relief. :-) Having the extra monitoring will be great for your peace of mind, too.
Welcome to the 2T! :-)
Kitty
