Yay, Stephanie, on getting settled in and on the visit with your folks. Enjoy it!
Congratulations, Natalie, on going p/t after baby is born. That is wonderful news! It's nice to know there are more flexible employers out there.
Good luck, Sarah, on getting rid of your PMI! DH and I were just looking at that last night and trying to figure out if we've paid enough yet to get it removed. I hope yours can come off!
I'm feeling good. I'm getting really, really eager to start feeling Babyboo in an obvious way. I felt some bubbles/tingling in my belly once on Saturday night. It wasn't low in my abdomen, though, so I wasn't sure if that was anything. I feel like I felt some thumps much earlier on in the shower (at 12 or 13 weeks). And I thought I felt something at 15 weeks, but the dr. thought it was early. I'm trying to be patient and not worry, but it's difficult. Any suggestions appreciated.
Meanwhile, I'm finishing off my gift registries, and my changer/dresser combo arrived yesterday! (My MIL ordered it for me.) Now I just have to work on getting another dresser out of the room and putting this one together. I've put together furniture before, but this one looks complicated. Wish me luck!
Question for you: How are the leaves doing in Mass.? DH and I are going to Boston (with little side trips to Concord and Salem and maybe Amherst) Oct. 19-24. I'm so excited! I checked the fall foliage map, and it seemed like late October is the peak for Mass. Is that right? I hope so!
Glad to hear everyone is doing ok. I'm a nervous wreck right now. I've been checking in but not up to posting much. I'll start feeling better once I hit 21 weeks.
Congrats on the unpacking and enjoy the parental visit! Sounds like lots of fun!
Yeah for part time jobs and flexibility in the work force!
Good luck getting rid of the PMI as that is a PITA!
Enjoy the travels east and yes the leaves should still be holding by then and great colors!
Sorry about feeling sketched but I get that! Hope that you are feeling more relaxed soon!
I want the movement to start! I am not padded although I do have strong abs so maybe the little bugger can't get through...maybe I don't recognize it...but either way I want movement!!
Stephanie I am glad you are moved in safe and sound and are getting ready for baby girl's room. Yay! How cool that you are seeing so much movement in that belly of yours. My little girl is moving more and more everyday. This past weekend my MIL, SIL and twin brother all got to feel my baby move. Yay!!! Natalie--I am so glad you can go part-time after little one is born--what a relief! I am trying to get a job share for next fall after taking spring off with the baby. I just really don't want to teach full-time while my baby is young, you know? So, bad news..my twin brother and his wife did their 2nd round of IVF and it failed. SOOOOOOOOO DEVASTATING. They could only afford two rounds and they both failed. It is so sad and they are feeling so awful. I feel even luckier now even having been through the losses...to be at this point. Anyway..have a good week!
