Is this your first one? From what I've heard, with the first one most women don't feel movement until 18-22 weeks. So I would think that you wouldn't need to worry for another month at least. I'm glad you have your ultrasound soon so you can get reassurance; hopefully you'll get a chance to ask the doctor about this as well.

I started feeling flutters at around 18 weeks and didn't feel real kicks until 21 weeks and it has just increased exponentially from there.

it took me forever to feel the baby! I think a week or two after 20 weeks because I didn't really know what I was looking for, and I am not the thinnest person in the world! I think you have NOTHING to worry about! Before you know it your LO will be moving all over!!

You don't have anything to worry about - although I certainly understand! I think that the earliest range you might feel movement is 18-22weeks. With my DD, I was well beyond that when i could feel her and knew what it was I was feeling.
