Well...running is an overstatement - it certainly wasn't what my pre-preg self would consider running :)


Since I took the entire 1T off, I didn't do much...a grand total of 3 miles.


A few things are very different - My pace was almost a full 2 minutes PER MILE slower than my usual training pace!

Good job Tiffany! It's OK that your pace was off a bit - like you said, you did something and that's great! I bet if you keep at it, your pace will improve a lot in a few weeks or so.

I've found that it can be helpful to carry a little portable snack with me when I exercise, like a pack of peanut butter crackers for example. I seem to get hungry now while exercising too, or immediately afterward, and that never happened to me while not pregnant.
