Heard the heartbeat today, it was around 160. She seems to be doing well in there. My next appointment isn't for another 4 weeks now.

As for me, I look like I am 5 months pregnant, so I was SURE they would tell me I'd gained a ton since the last appointment. I haven't been good with my eating, and only occasionally get to exercise. I was shocked when they said I LOST one pound from the last appointment! (So I think I'm up 7 pounds total now).

I finally get to stop my prometrium, but I'm still on a whole host of other meds, and now added another to the regimen. Last time I was pg, I had repeat (TMI) vaginal infections (BV) and had to treat myself with antibiotics for the whole pg. My OB then told us not to have unprotected sex. So, this time when I found out I was pg, I told DH I thought we should start off having protected sex. Well, you know what he said, "No". (Sperm predispose to infection). I am kinda mad at him really, because I told him we should be using condoms, and here I have BV again this pg. The scary thing is that if you read up on BV, it can cause miscarriage and premature labor. As if my PAL brain doesn't have enough to worry about. If only he'd listened.. or I'd been strong enough to stand up for my decision. Ugh.

What a bummer, Cindy! I've been having issues with infections as well, both with my last pregnancy and this one as well. Totally sucks. Hope you get it resolved asap!!!
