OMG, I know you're sensitive to sugar and I hope you pass the one hour.

Unfortunately, my appointment is for 12:45. It's the only way I could work it schedule wise, as it's coinciding with my regular appoinment and ultrasound. Since I have ultrasounds at every visit, and require TWO slots (ugh) schedule is tough. Add to that now trying to work around my school day and I'm just lucky I got an appointment at all. I think I'll be having a completely sugar free lunch though! The nurse did tell me to try and avoid anything too sugary for lunch that day, but maybe I'll keep it "sugar free" all day until I'm done! Thanks for the tips!

Hmm.... my doctor said I had to take it in the morning, and I could eat but it was very restricted, only a high protein breakfast was allowed, no carbs or sugary things. Normally for breakfast I'll eat cereal and juice, but that morning I had eggs and cheese with water, and my results came out good. Even if your appointment is later, if you avoid carbs and sugary foods I think you will be OK.
