Well, it turns out it wasn't up to us...

Well, debating whether or not we move before or after the baby is moot-- we're moving in less than two weeks (if I can secure a moving company). The new job wants DH to start on the 29th, and I am not going to stick around here by myself if I can help it! heheh. So, the adventure begins... I am a little sad that I'll be changing OBs at the last moment, but it is more important to have DH there than to have a certain doctor there.
We worked out every possible contingency today (after I had a total preggo hormone freak out when we had the news via email this morning that we couldn't push back the date.) It wasn't pretty.
So, ya'll might not hear from me as much for the next few weeks. I have to get this place organized enough for the movers to come in. We have to ship one car, rent a trailer for the SUV for essentials, figure out if we're selling or renting this place out, drive cross country and find a new place to live in the next two weeks or so. And my in laws are coming this weekend. (No, they won't be helpful...)
But, hey, I used to thrive on stress and pressure. Moving at 36 weeks pregnant? Sure! (At least I have all the slave labor.. er.. family members.. on the other end when we need to unpack...)
(And did I mention I now seem to pee every 15 minutes? Or at least think I have to. Only to get really ticked off with what felt like a full bladder turning out to be 4 drops.. That cross-country drive is going to be SO much fun! No worries about blood clots-- I'll be stopped and walking around at least 3 times an hour for this fun new game my body likes to play....)

OMG!
Good Luck with your move, Sweetie!
I didn't want to say this after you seemed to make up your mind to move after the baby's born, but I think that moving before the baby arrives is way better, even if it means switching doctors. We moved when I was 35 weeks pregnant with my son, and it wasn't fun, but I simply couldn't have done it after he was born. It would've been a lot more stressful (not to mention painful). So hopefully moving early will work out for you too.

Oh that's so hard!! I'm so sorry! I wish you the very best of luck!!!
Thanks y'all. Now if only I can get everything done for work, entertain my inlaws this weekend and coordinate the move, I think I have my costume for Halloween-- Super Girl! heheheheh (With the ever growing baby bump!)
Wow!
Good luck with everything, Hon! I'm sure it will all work out well. I think it probably is better vs. doing all of this with a newborn and a very tired, sore Mommy! And don't worry -- you're going to deserve that Superwoman costume for sure!
Hang in there!
