I usually take my birth control pill around 10:30 am. The last active pill in my pack was on Saturday and I didn't take it until around 2 pm. I've heard that the first and last pills are the most important to take...is this bad that I took it so much later and what should I do to prevent anything from happening?? I am on Necon 777. Thanks so much!!!

One pill 3 ½ hrs. late isn’t too bad, but it isn’t good either. You don’t want to make a habit of it. The thing about last and first active pills is that they establish the limits of your hormone free days. You shouldn’t go more that 7 24-hour days between active pills to remain protected. You should be fine, just take the first active pill in your new pack at your regular time. That help?
Good luck
