Changing the Time Taken?

I think I saw this information somewhere on this site, but I can't find it anywhere. Does anyone want to know what to do if you want to change the time the pill is taken at? For example from 7 to 11. Thanks...

What could be the easiest way to go, especially with such a short time frame, is to take, say, tonight's pill at 7, tomorrow's pill at 8, the next day's pill at 9...

Hi dyingtolive, welcome!

If you are shortening the interval between the last pill at your old time and the new pill time (for example: from 4 PM to 11 AM) you can move it all at once with no need for backup.

If you are in mid-pack and moving the time to later in the day then moving it an hour or two at a time over a period of days should prevent the possibility of break-through-bleeding. Or, if it’s more than two hours, you could move it all at once and use backup for seven days. Or, you could change to the new time when starting a new pack by starting on the sixth placebo day but that would change your start day. Does this help?

Good luck

Thanks so much. I'd thought I heard something about changing it by the hour, but I wasn't sure, so thanks. It's all good information to know, lol. I'm going to just change the time by taking the pill an hour later each day. That seems the simplest since I'm not too far in the pack and the time frame is not too great. Thanks again. :)
