Probably going back on the pill Fri...

I don't know what to do! My endocrinologist is starting anti-androgen therapy after diagnosing me with (most likely) congenital adrenal hyperplasia. I want to start the pill with it so that I don't have unexpected periods (which the drugs can do), but my endocrinologist has already told me he has no experience in prescribing the pill. I could ask him to consult my gyn, but at my last appointment there (before we found more hormone problems) he told me my dermatologist shouldn't prescribe the pill because I didn't do well on yasmin and "they are pretty much all the same." (I know, I know :) But there is no time to find a new gyn!)
I have no idea what to ask for and I don't want them to just take a shot in the dark. I'd like to try a lower dose than Yasmin, but since the drugs interfere with your cycle I'm wondering if I will need a stronger pill to control it. Luckily I should start Thursday, so it will be perfect timing to start the pill and the therapy.
Any advice?? I know my situation is complicated.
I've read some people post that Loestrin sometimes stops your period altogether. Is it something about the progestin in it? Perhaps I could try the Loestrin 20 version?? How is the progestin in that for acne? I don't know if I should even worry about the acne part since I'm sure the anti-androgen therapy is going to help greatly there.
Thank you for ANY advice! I feel completely lost :)

Oh holy smokes that's complicated!
Just to clarify one more thing... if they want to put me on alesse or something like that, those pills don't raise testosterone, right? They just don't lower it quite as much?
Thanks!!!! :)
