I know that taking your pill "on time" means within 2 hours, but is there ANY increased risk of pregnancy from taking your pill 1 hour later than usual? My fiance and I had SI Friday and Sunday, and I took my pill 1 hour later than usual on Saturday. We also used a spermicidal lubricant both days (thanks for the suggestions on that post, by the way). Maybe I just need peace of mind...I think every woman goes through worries and doubts especially when trying new birth control (I have always used condoms before.) Anyhow, thanks for any comments.

No, there is no additional risk in taking your pill 1 hour later than your regular pill time. If you have been taking your pills correctly, no vomiting or diarrhea within 2 hours after taking your pill and not taking meds or supplements that would reduce your pills effectiveness then you should be well protected.
Take care,
Jill
