Loestrin and btb woes

Hi everybody,
Ok, so I've been posting here as a Loestrin user. I'm now in my second month on it. My first month, I experienced btb just as I started my third week of active pills. This past Sunday (my second pack), the same thing happened. I take my pill on the dot every night. I know that the board and most doctors recommend giving a pill three months before changing anything but my question is - wouldn't these side effects at least be improving a little from month to month, as my body adjusts? The amount of bleeding is the same (if not even a little heavier) as it was last month. Is it worth it to go to my doctor to see about a pill change? Bleeding for two weeks isn't so much fun :) and I'm just wondering I don't need a slightly higher dose pill.

If it's just the same this month as it was last month and isn't improving, it might be worth a phone call.
