I posted a question about light spotting a while ago, and some one responded saying that if it only happens once or twice, it isn't a big deal, BUT if it happens more than that, it may be a sign your bc pills aren't working. So I guess I'm wondering does spotting always mean your pill is not effective (i.e. do you need to change to a new pill?) Does the amount/consistency/time of spotting make a difference? I haven't really had any bad side effects on OTC, so I would rather stay on it than switch (especially if there is no reason too). Thanks for any answers in advance :) LA
