just thought of something

doesn't really particularly pertain to me b/c i'm not sexually active now but for those who are it may be of concern. (not a big issue)

since tonight is daylights savings time i was wondering if that affected the time you take the pill and if you've been taking them on time all month how this change in 'time' will disrupt your cycle or whatever. just wanted to know what everyone else thought about this. its probably not that big a deal anyway

i apologise if this was already discussed

Hi Sarah,

Yours is the first DST question, and no it’s not a big deal since it’s only an hour and the margin for ‘on-time’ pill-time is +/-2 hours… so everything is cool! Same thing in the Fall when we return to Standard Time. One hour back, so no big deal.

Thanks for the question.

Yea...I was wondering the same thing this morning. I was asking myself "do I take the pill now (at 8am) or do I have to take it at 9 am instead because we moved our clocks up. But I took it at 8 and now I guess I am safe.
