Hi,

I have the patch on my well, butt and I just noticed that it has bunched up a bit.

It might depend on just how much of the patch is no longer in contact with your skin--the hormones pass through the adhesive layer to your skin.

I guess it depends on what you mean by "bunched up." If there is a little wrinkle in it, I wouldn't worry about it, that can happen. If it's so extreme that the patch has physically pulled up and is like sticking to itself then I would probably put on a new patch. It's also normal to have it "migrate," I've noticed this on nearly all of my patches. As long as it's not coming off, don't worry about it. If its lose around the edges hold your palm on it for 10 seconds and then go around the edge of it with your finger and it should stick well again. One of the hints I read on this board when I first started was that when putting it on your backside place it at an agle so it looks like a diamond when looking at it, as opposed to square. For some reason this really does make it stick better there, I think it's becuase there's less area for your jeans/underwear band to rub agains the edge of the patch. If you're really worried about it, call your doctor for his/her opinion. Good luck!
