I'm on the pill, Yasmin. I take it pretty religiously the same time every day. For the past month+ I've had this constant pressure on my bladder and am peeing all the time (but sometimes I hardly have anything to pee out). I've gone to the Dr. and have been tested for EVERYTHING... but one little thing. No one has even suggested a pregnancy test. ALL my other tests came back neg. My last period was fairly light and a day later than I usually get it. This one came right on time but is light. There was a period of time for about two weeks that I just felt so tired and run down and it seemed to be for no reason. So, my question is, could this symptom of the pressure in the bladder (or feels like it anyway) be a sign of pregnancy? Everything else has been rulled out? I still have gotten my periods buy not completely normal and am still taking the pill. Any insite you can offer??
Much thanks!

I don't know if you are pregnant or not (I'd take an OTC test if I were you just to be sure!), but I have also had the same symptoms since starting on the pill about a year ago. I feel like an old lady! I constantly have to pee, or at least feel like I do.
I'm using Mircette at the moment, so maybe it's just a BTP side effect for some of us??? I say this because because I KNOW I am NOT pregnant, so I can't think of what else it could be...
Hope that helps!

Your doctor has checked for a urine infection? That is a common cause of needing to pee often - often with little result. I also notice a much more urgent need to pee when my period is on its way, or when we've been having a *lot* of sex!
Good Luck in fuguring out the problem.

Thanks, ladies!! I feel a little better. I'll wait this period out and if it's fairly normal, I'll just sit tight. If not, I'll get an over the counter preg. test.
Thanks again!
