I take OTC and have two questions that I would like to know but probably really dumb.
1)I live in SD and take my pill regularly at 8:45 - for the summer I will be in CO and that is an hour behind us - Do I take the pill 8:45 CO time which would be 9:45 SD time or 7:45 CO time which would be 8:45 SD time?
2)Pills are supposed to be taken at the same time, how late/early can you be in taking the pill and still have it effective? (if I usually take the pill at 8:45, how late/early can I take it so it from that time and still work?)
Thanks again!

Generally, for combinations pills, an hour or two either way is "on time."
You could take your pill at either time, and be just fine, since you are only changing by an hour. But if 8:45 is most convenient for you, and you'd feel more comfortable with a shorter time change window, you could move your pill time by a half hour each day.
Day 1 - 7:45 CO (8:45 SD)
Day 2 - 8:15 CO (9:15 SD)
Day 3 - 8:45 CO (9:45 SD)
