I am 30 and a mother of 4. My oldest is a 13 year old boy. My only daughter is 4. I've always talked to my son about sex when he asked questions. I don't understand why I come across so many grown "women" who know nothing about their body. I had one friend she was 22 and I just had my son, we were talking about periods and tampons we she said she never

used tampons before. Well that's okay. But she didn't want to use them because she thought that you put the tampon in the same "hole" you pee from. Believe it or not 8 years later i came across another women with a child who thought the same thing. It just shocks me to know that some women don't take the time to know their own body. Please I have alot of things to discuss please someone with some sense respond!!!!! This is only the begining.

wow, that's scary - and sad that women wouldn't know those details about their own bodies. It's situations like that which convince me that we should have sex education in schools. While it's sad to say, not all parents are like you and able to discuss everything with their children. I know one girl who got preg at 18 because she had strictly religious parents who sent her to a strict school and never taught her anything about birth control. She had never heard of the pill at age 19! scary scary stuff.
