OTC-lo and weight loss supplement

Okay, this may seem like a random question, but....does anyone know if there is a problem taking a birth control pill (OTC-lo) and a pill like TRIMSPA x32 (the one endorsed on tv by anna nicole smith)? ..just a question! thanks to anyone w/info!

Dietary supplements aren't regulated by the FDA so there have been no clinical trials for effectiveness and drug interactions. Therefore, it is difficult to tell if there will be a reduction in the effectiveness of your pills from taking them. If the supplement changes the way your body metabolizes the food you eat then it may interfere with your protection. This board recommends that you not take weight loss supplements while on hormones. If I were you I'd ask you doctor or pharmacist for their advice about TRIMSPA x32 and OTC-Lo.
Good luck,
Jill
