Nervous...5th cycle side effects??!

Hello....just a warning, this might be a long one!
I haven't known what to think the past few days, and I'm making myself a little crazy! Ok, here goes...I'm in my fifth month of taking Alesse. I've been lucky and haven't experienced too many of the possible side affects (the intial nausea, mood swings, that's about it...)
My bf and I had sex Monday, July 12th (we don't use condoms, btw...) I had just started a new pack the day before. The following Friday I took my pill at 7pm as usual. Around 11:30pm I vomited...I've been reading past posts, and it seems that vomiting within 2 hours of taking the pill counts as a miss. So I was sick 4 1/2 hours after...that should make me in the clear right?
What worries me is how I've been feeling the past few days. Saturday night I had very bad stomach cramps and gas pains for almost 2 hours. I hadn't eaten anything out of the ordinary. The next day (and each day since then) I haven't had much of an appetite. I've also been experience more (less severe) gas pains, as well as some abdominal cramping and pain. Also, yesterday morning I noticed my breasts felt a little sensitive and sore, and still did today, which is normal during PMS but not when I'm on the active pills. I have also been significantly bloated for the past two days, I feel disgusting. It also hurt today when I pressed gently on my lower right abdomen. I have also done some reading on Irritable Bowel Syndrome though, and many of my symptoms; the bloating, gas pains and abdominal pain, as well as some things involving bowel movements (I'll spare you the details) could be related to IBS. In fact, the information I read almost described what I've been going through perfectly (I've been experiencing some of the above symptoms for a couple of months now, but to a much lesser degree).
So the main thing sticking out in my mind is the breast sensitivity. I know it can be a side effect of the BC, but I never really experienced it at this time in my cycle before. Or could it just be from something as simple as sleeping on my stomach? I know I do that sometimes w/ out realizing it....Aside from that, the other symptoms I've been experiencing are also listed as side effects of the pill. But it doesn't really make sense that I would start experiencing it now...??
So here I am, thorougly confused. Going between "I'm fine, I have nothing to worry about!" to being really scared and paranoid!!! Do you think throwing up 4 1/2 hours after taking my pill affected it at all? (side note: My bf and I have had sex since then, w/out backup). Sorry this has been so long, I'm just so unsure of what to think and would appreciate any sort of input. I think I'll post on the IBS board as well. Thank you so much!!!

Ok, to cut to the chase... If you vomited more than 4 hours after taking your pill it should have already have been digested so you shouldn't be at risk from that. Breast tenderness might be from a number of things, pms (your symptoms could be changing), too much caffeine, sleeping on your stomach or if you have been worrying about decreasing you protection due to vomiting you could be freaking yourself out. As far as the other symptoms if you suffer from IBS that perhaps that’s it. Have you talked to your doctor recently? It might be a good idea to run all your symptoms past him or her and get a professional opinion. I hope you’re feeling better soon. Let us know how you’re doing, ok?
Good luck,
Jill
