Been on BC for 10 years, can I still get

pregnant. Over the years I've taken the pills, depo shot and most recently the patch...I want to know if this will affect the chance of me getting pregant...by the way i haven't been taking any birth control for 6 months.

oh yea, you can still get pregnant. i wondered the same thing, until i stopped for one month and got pregnant. i now have a 17 1/2 month old boy. lol. i am 23 and been on the pill since i was 12 for a bleeding disorder. so i wouldn't worry too much if i were you! ;)

I've been on the pill (different ones over the years) since I was 18...I'm now 33 and have a 20 1/2 month old little boy.....

The pills and the patch won't affect your fertility negatively. Depo provera can though. If you stopped taking it recently, some women find it takes as long as 18 months before they can get pregnant, although some can conceive right away. If you're having regular periods now while not on birth control, then you're probably fine.
