I have read that having diarrea within 2 hours of taking a bcp is considered a 'missed pill'. I take my pill at 7 in the morning. I usually have a bm in the morning. Sometimes they are loose (sorry tmi). Would this be causing the btb? Would this be considered a 'missed pill'.
A little backround, I have just started my 5th week on Seasonale. My first week I spotted, the 2nd & 3rd week it stopped. Last week the btb started up again. I know it could take 3-6 mos for my body to get used to the pill, but could loose stools be causing the btb? I'm not too worried about the effectiveness as far as pregnancy goes because I would like to get pg. My cycles were messed up so my gyno put me on the pill to regulate me so I could ttc in about 6 mos. Any thoughts?

A real blow-out of dairrhea within 2 hrs. after taking your pill is a miss. I don't think just loose stools should be a problem. I don't believe they have anything to do with your irregular bleeding on Seasonale but you might want to ask your doc. and see what s/he says. Thanks for keeping us posted on how you're doing on Seasonale.
Good luck,
Jill
