changing the time for my pill

Hi everyone!
I have a question. I take OTC-lo and I used to try to take it around noon. However, since I started college again it has become an inconvenient time. Can I change the time to like 8am for example just like that? SHould I slowly take it a lil earlier and a lil earlier. I never really seem to be able to take it at exactly noon, anyway. What leeway is there in the time you take it? For example, +- 1 hour, 2 hours, etc?? Thanks for any help!

As long as you are moving to your new time by taking your pill earlier (less than 24 hours between the old and new time) you can move the time all at once. If you were moving the time out (from noon to 6:00 PM for example) you could move it over a period of days in 1 or 2 hour increments. This board considers on time as being +/- 2 hours of your normal pill time. Thanks for posting.
Take care,
Jill
