To make a long story short, i got off the shot 3 months ago, had an ok period the first month, 2nd & 3rd month bleed for 3 weeks almost constantly, I was suppose to have AF visit on 9-2, and nothing yet, but in the time from my 3rd period to now i have had unprotected sex, Could I be pregnant???
I have nausea, numbness on my left leg and arm, fever and tired all day long but took 2 home preg test and BFN. I know I have the possibility of a pregnancy outside the uterus, would this show up on a home test?
I am worried becus I dont know if may i am pregnant or not. I need some advice. Should I go to the doctor about it

HELP!!!

After the time for your next shot Depo can no longer be relied upon as an effective method of contraception. An ectopic pregnancy will not affect the measurement of the pregnancy hormone HCG which is what the tests measure. Since Depo can remain in your system for some months after you stop taking it I think it might still be affecting your periods to some extent but you should be using an effective method of contraception.
Numbness in an arm and leg isn't a good sign. You should definitely see your doctor to find out what's going on and while there you could have a blood test for pregnancy. I hope you're feeling better soon. Let us know how you're doing, ok?
Hugs,
Jill
Just to give you a little info, the pain tends to start as abdominal pain on one side, starting with a dull ache and getting more severe. Neck and shoulder pain are also common. Also vaginal bleeding, weakness, and dizziness. The pain starts 6-8 weeks after conception. Its usually discovered around the 8th week. Sometimes you can get a postive home pregnancy test, sometimes you won't.
I hope that helps!
