1. It says on the box not to let te patch get over 86 degrees, it gets over 100 degrees here frequently, does this mean it won't work? Today I spent a few hours outside in 90 degree heat (in direct sun) and I noticed I now have a dark ring around the patch that was not there before, does that mean the heat made it melt or something? Please note, the patch is still attached, and the ring was not there before I was in the heat.
2. Sometimes the patch seems "loose" or "wrinkled". it is not necessarily coming off, but it seems loose in some spots (on my upper arm). Does this happen to anyone? I feel like I am constantly pressing it with my fingers to make sure it stays 100% attached.
3. Do you find in the shower it starts to peel off at all?
Thanks!

I can tell you of my experience with the Patch (I've almost had it a year now) and tell you what I think.
1. I'm not sure about the heat thing, but I do get the dark ring around the patch. I think this happens when the adhesive gets some of the material from your shirt stuck on it. Was the ring the same color as the material of the shirt you wore?? That's probably what that is.
2. Most of the places I put the Patch on my skin it becomes "wrinkled, or creased." Most times these happened when I put them on my back, waist, and yes, even my arms. I think it's just moving with your body. As long as it's not hanging off your skin, it's not a problem. If you get the corners that slightly start coming off, because of the lint from your shirt, the instructions say to just apply pressure to it and try to reattach it to your skin.
3. I have never had any of my patches peel off in the shower. They stick pretty good to me.
I hope this have helped you a little bit.
Good Luck!!!
