Delaying period = Sooner period?

Hi all...I was just wondering something. I've been on ortho cyclen for like 6 months with not a single problem. So instead of having my period this week, I decided to try and suppress it until this next coming week by starting a new pack of pills. So far everything is great, since cyclen is monophasic I haven't had any spotting. My question is this, I'm a sunday start and so I always I've gotten my period on the Tuesday, but since I've been "holding back" my period when I take my last pill this saturday, would that mean I'd get my period sooner than Tuesday? and I don't suppose it would be much heavier than usual since I've only been taking a week extra of pills. I just don't want it to come the next day (I've got something going on, on Sunday)...so for those who have delayed their period, do you find you get sooner during the next week then usual? Thanks a bunch :)
