I've been on OTC lo for about 14 months now. Is it odd for my starting date of my period to change? I know last month I started on Monday, and now its almost Thursday and no AF. I know a while back I used to get my period towards the middle of the week so it wouldnt be that unheard of. I only took one pill late this month (about 10 minutes out of the 2 hour range) and only had sex once way before this missed pill. I know I can't be pregnant, but its getting frustrating waiting. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks girls!

It's not unusual for stuff to change after you've been on the same pill for a while. My periods came later each month toward the end of me taking Loestrin. Some women skip every other period too.

It's a little weird, but if you know you couldn't have gotten pregnant, then it's just annoying, right? But if it keeps up being weird and you're not cool with it, you might talk to your doctor about regular OTC (more estrogen).

Good luck, I hope the wait is over!

Thanks. It just gets scary waiting. I only had sex once this month (and he didnt finish inside), and that was towards the beginning (I was late on that one pill towards the end), so I know I shouldn't be pregnant but everyday longer, its hard not to worry I could be wrong (which probably doesn't help--neither does the fact I'm sick and very stressed with school right now). I had the symptoms of AF coming all week, and even thought I was starting yesterday, but nothing yet. I guess I'll try to relax and wait til next week and if it still doesnt come, I'll call the health center. Thanks for calming my nerves on getting it later and sometimes even skipping it.
