Sensitivity to Latex in the past........

I was wondering. When I was a teenager I had a sensitivity to latex. I wouldn't call it a full blown allergy, but I would swell up and turn red wherever (yes ouch!) the latex touched. Lately though I have noticed that when I come into contact with latex (for only short periods of time) I don't get the contact dermatitis anymore. I am currently on the pill and have been for a long time, but someday I would maybe like to try a combo of the condom and NFP. Has anyone who has had latex sensitivity when they were younger gone on to be able to use latex condoms as they got older? I know it is a weird question but bf and I HATE the latex free condoms. There are only three types and they are expensive as starters. Thanks for any imput that you can provide.
Talk to you soon!

The only way you`ll know for sure if a prolonged latex exposure, like during sex, is going to bother you know is to try it. If you don`t have a reaction, woohoo! If you do, though, at least it may not be as severe as when you were a teenager and you`ll live and learn. (:
Hope this helps!
