I really like the time I take my pill! Daylight savings time is going to screw that up becuase won't i have to start taking it an hour ealier? Or can I just take it at the new time? How does DST effect pill time?

Hi,

I don't think you have to take it an hour earlier. According to the leaders on this board you can take your pill +/- 2 hours and still be safe (unless it's the mini-pill). I always take my pill at 6:30 a.m. On Sunday morning I am taking mine at the same time with the clock already moved back one hour...6:30 a.m. (one hour later than the day before) and the same time the days following. If I am wrong, someone will probably speak up and I will too adhere. Lucy

Hey there!

I posted the same question as you did last week. You should check out the archives for my post. Hopefully this link works! If the link doesn't work, it's message # 14056.1. I posted it on October 22nd. Check it out! It has your answer! Good Luck!
