Gaining weight cuz of the patch?

Has anyone else gained about 10 pounds on the patch? I didn't gain weight from the pill but I think since I have been using the patch for the past 6 months I gained an extra ten pounds and it won't budge!! (my chest has also gotten almost a cup size bigger) I've been working out almost everyday and watching what I eat for the past month and some days I feel like I'm getting bigger all over! I read in an earlier discussion that people on Seasonale are gaining weight and having a hard time loosing weight. I use the patch on 9 week cycles instead of the regular 3 due to my really heavy periods. So I wonder if that is to blame??? I'd rather have a heavy period every month but loose the ten pounds!! Any advice anyone?? AAAH!!
Thank you.
Thank you.

Weight gain can be a problem for some women on some hormonal methods. The only method that a gain is likely on is Depo where it was proven in a study. Has there been anything else that changed in your life about the time you began gaining? Has there been a change or increase in your diet or a reduction in exercise that might account for the gain? You might want to read the post 'Common pill side effects' in the FAQs. Thanks for posting.
Good luck,
Jill
I gotta say that I've gained about 15 pounds since I got on these pills, over few years period. I was always so skinny as a child, and no matter what my parents tried I didn't gain at all. So when I first got on the pills, I gained 5-10pounds within the first year, I stopped them and didn't gain much after that. Last year I got on BC again and I have gained about another 10 pounds. I eat the same, as I have always. I don't eat much, so and I hate that whatever I eat it seems to stay on me. I doubt it has anythign to do with my life at this moment, I blame the BC for my weight gain, I am sure of it.
