Hi cherrygirl123, welcome back!

You can move your pill time the full hour all at once and retain your same pill-time, unless you are on a progestin-only-pill. Read the post, Daylight Savings: http://messageboards.ivillage.com/n/mb/message.asp?webtag=iv-bhcontracept&msg=14056.1&ctx=128

Take care,

Moving you OTC-Lo pill time one hour when changing from daylight to standard time is well with in the +/-2 hour limit this board considers on time for combined (estrogen/progestin) pill users. You should be fine.

Take care,

On a pill like OTC-Lo one hour shouldn't make any difference at all.
