I don't think you have anything to worry about if you were 2 hours late on a combined pill. This board considers on-time for a combined (estrogen/progestin) pill to be +/-2 hours of your regular pill time. For the mini-pill (progestin-only-pill or POP) the time constraints are much greater, +/-20 minutes or so. If you are taking a combined pill, as most women do, you were right on the edge of the 2 hour limit. You should be fine. If you are taking a POP then you should use back-up for at least 2 days after being more than 30 minutes late. On combined pills being more than 2 hours off your regular time can trigger irregular bleeding in women who are very sensitive to hormonal fluctuations. Thanks for posting,
Good luck,
Jill
