O.K. I started my first pack of Lo/Ovral this month. I haven't been on BCP in a very long time! Anyway, my period did not start on Monday (first day of placebo pills). I think it started today (Wednesday), but it is barely there. Sorry for upcoming TMI - the only time I've seen it is twice today. Both times was when I went #2 - sorry - and then just a little on the tp. I have not had to wear anything and when I go #1 and wipe, there is nothing there. Is that normal for being in the pill for one month?

The pill made my periods light. I could just be that.

Now that I'm off the pill and getting older I've noticed that my period is super light on day one, then gets more normal on the second day. I would just wait and see what happens in the next day or two.

See how it is today! ;) It's normal to not start your period for a couple of days after the last placebo pill. Unlike my off-pill periods, my pill periods do have a slow day to start with where everything is really sluggish and there's not much activity, it's day 2 and 3 where it picks up speed and then just tapers off for the next day or two. Lighter periods are absolutely normal for being on the pill! I'd wager that today and tomorrow might be more like what you're expecting, but some women really don't have much at all in the way of periods when they're on the pill and just have a couple days of spotting. And that's okay too!

Good luck!

Thanks you all! It did get a bit heavier last night, but then back to what it was like yesterday. So maybe that's what it will be like! Not so bad!
