Switching from LoOvral to Microgestin...

I went to the Family Planning clinic yesterday to get more birth control pills. I've been on LoOvral for about 5 months and I really like it. I haven't had any problems with it. So of course I asked for that when I went to get more pills, but they told me they didn't sell the brand anymore. They then gave me Microgestin 1.5/30 because they said that was the closest to LoOvral that they sold. But looking at what is in the pills, the estrogen is the same amount but there's almost 5 times more progestin! This kinda freaks me out. I've never had a horrible experience with birth control pills - I was on Aleese for 4 months and that was fine except that it made my acne worse and then LoOvral has been really good for me - and I'm just worried that this much change is going to be horrible for my body. Is the progestin in Microgestin just weaker and that's why there's so much of it? I know its hard to predict how my body will react to this, but what kind of changes might I expect? And if the Microgestin doesn't work, what other pills might I ask for that's similar to LoOvral? I'm especially concerned about acne and mood swings and would rather have a pill that didn't give me either. Thanks for all your help!

Yes, the progestin that is in Microgestin is MUCH weaker than what is in LoOvral!
