Ok so i live in an area where we change our clocks 1 hour ahead in the spring, which we did on saturday night. Me and my airheadedness forgot about my pill time. Well the thing is i took it at 5ish like i always do but technically it was like 4 to my body. Did the same thing today and right after i took it i realized that i had forgotten to adjust my pill for the time change. I had sex saturday and sunday and now im wondering if i'm still protected since i just took my pill early, not late or anything. But will this 1 hour early effect me? Should i have used back up or should i use backup? And should i just continue taking my pill at 5 like always and not worry about this time difference? Thanks ladies!

I wouldn't worry. You are considered on time if you take it within 2 hours of your regular time.

The time change is no big deal!
