Ok.... I have been on the ring for about 2 years. I am a really busy person and I forgot to take it out after 21 days. (STUPID ME!) It ended up being in for 32 days. We usually always use protection even though im on the ring because of bad luck.. We had sex up untill I realized that I had not had my period in a while. But the last few times we didn't us protection, he pulled out, so I didn't think much about it. I took it out as soon as I remembered. well when my period started about 3 days later but I only spotted. I never do this. I usually flow for atleast 3 days. Could the hormones pretty much be out of my system after 4 weeks to protect me from getting prego even with him pulling out (I know the whole pull out thing isn't the greatest birth control) I need to start another ring but I am worried that if I am prego starting another ring isn't a good idea. Or maybe my body is messed up because I left the ring in to long?? Any advice?? Is it possible??

I have seen information suggesting that the ring is good for around 31-32 days, and my gyn had suggested a cycle length like that to me--starting a new ring on the first of every

Thank you very much. I dunno what us women on this board would do without your advice. I did what you said and took a test last night. It was negative. We have not been active since I took the ring out 7 days ago, so I am not at anymore of a risk. If the ring is good up to 28 days, then I am only at risk for the 29 and 30th day because we weren't active after that point. With the information you have provided I highly doubt that it could be possible. I am going to take another test this weekend to just make myself feel better since the time of conern was only 11 days ago. Thanks for the NuvaTime, its going to help a lot. I will post an update when I get one! I hope this helps other women if they ever come across this in the future. PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR DAYS! I learned my lesson. I will be happy with either result. Thanks again for the advice and support you provide.
