Healthy living = Early AF?

Hi everyone, I've posted here before, but got a new screen name in the process!
Anyways, I've been taking OTC for almost two years now, and I'm always trying to live healthy. This has happened before, where I'll really work hard to eat healthy, drink lots of water, etc. and AF shows up with two or three active pills left to take. Bad me, I usually go back to my unhealthy eating habits, and AF then arrives during the sugar pill week.
So, AF is starting as I type, and the past month, I've been focusing on healthy living. I won't go back to my old ways, I've decided on a healthier lifestyle now, but does this mean that AF will always be early, or will things even out once I get adjusted to my new healthy lifestyle?
Another thing I noticed, my breasts are waaaay less sore this month than they usually are leading up to AF's arrival. Does this have anything to do with being more healthy?
TIA!

Hi imsome, welcome!

You metabolize hormones differently every day, depending on a lot of different factors.
