Now I'm scarred after tubal

I had a tubal ligation done 2 weeks ago and the doctor said that I could have sex when ready, I did last night with no protection. I talked to the nurse today about a follow up visit and she said I should use another form of BC for awhile. I am scarred now and I hope I did not get pregnant. What are my chances?

It depends on what type of tubal procedure you had...but I assuming you had some form of surgery (laproscopic or mini-lap) where your actual fallopian tubes were cut. If so - then you don't need a back up form of birth control after 2 weeks. Even if you had ovulated right before your surgery - that egg would have only been viable about 24 hours. So - you're fine.
However, if you had the Essure procedure done - where they put coils in your fallopian tubes - you need to use backup birth control until they do a test that proves the tubes have formed scar tissue around the coils. If you'd had this procedure, I'm sure your doctor would have told you that it could take several months to become effective.
So - here's hoping you had the surgery! If so - then it's 99.5% likely you're not pregnant!
