Ring fell out; can I get pregnant...

Hi ladies. Just wondering what the chances would be of getting pregnant right now...this morning after my shower I walked into my room and stepped on my NuvaRing...it was cold and dry, which makes me think it was out for a while, maybe more than the 3 hours they warn about. But I have no idea how long it's been out, so not sure if it fell out during/after sex last night or what. Also, my period just ended on Sunday after 6 days. Is it even possible, if my ring was out for more than 3 hours, that I could become pregnant at this stage in ovulation??

Any comments welcome. Thanks!

Ok, I'm not going to speak from an ovulation standpoint, because cycles can be funny and I don't want to say anything that I know little about. Even from a hormonal standpoint, I'm not completely sure. If you've been on the ring for awhile, you may have had enough hormones in your body to tide you through your period and the possible two days your ring has been out after it, but I can't be sure.

I would highly suggest getting ahold of some Plan B, just to keep you on the safe side and give you some peace of mind. If you just had sex last night, you're still well within the recommended timeframe. It may seem like an inconvenience since it costs money you may not need to spend, but it's usually best to "waste" money and have peace of mind than "save" money and end up regretting it.

Good luck to you, and let us know how it turns out.
