Decreased effectiveness

I am always very paranoid about things that may decrease the effectiveness of my pills. I have never missed a pill and always take it at exactly the same time every day. I also know that if you vomit or have diarrhea within so many hours after taking your pill that it counts as a missed pill. Also, certain medications like antibiotics can affect the pill. However, I was wondering if a few other things could affect it, such as Loraditine (allergy medication recently made over the counter), One-a-day women's multivitamin/multimineral supplement (containing calcium, iron, magnesium, and zinc in addition to the normal vitamins), and fiber supplements like Metamucil, Fibersure, or the chewables??
