Pill question/dilemma

Okay this may be hard to follow but here goes. I am thinking way ahead. My fiancé and I live in different states and see each other every 3-4 months. Well I am visiting him at the beginning of Oct. and had figured out that the week I would be there would be the week of my period so I decided to start now this month and push it back a week so that everything would be on track in 2 months. So I took the 3 weeks of active pills in my pack and then took the third week from a new pack and am now on my placebos. The thing is, now I have the 3rd week gone from my new pack and I would really just like to trash the other two weeks in this one and get a new pack so that I can start normal again. Well when I called the pharmacy to get a refill yesterday I was told that it was only 2 weeks ago that I got a refill and that I would have to wait another week so that my insurance would cover it. So now that leaves me with the dilemma whether to start in on the first week of the pack where I already used the 3rd week of pills or to just go a week without any BC (I'm not having sex for another 2 months anyway) and then get the new pack late next week and start normal with that the following Sunday? Will it screw up anything if I go a week without? The directions say to start a new pill pack the Sunday after your period (if you want to be a Sunday starter, which I do) so if I start on the Sunday I want too, it won't be following my period. All in all, if nothing is happening for another 2 months, no matter what I do, will ilt all be good in 2 months?

If it were me, I'd just say to go without for awhile. I used to be long-distance from my now-husband, and a couple of times I had to be in the hospital, and off bc. It never hurt to just start again after my next period.

So should I just not even worry about taking anything until my next period comes around? That will give me a little over a month to get back on track. Will that be enough time? Will I have screwed anything up by then?

So I don't HAVE to start the Sunday after my period? If I can get my pills by next Thursday than I can start on Thursday, no problem?

If it's me, and I don't like to mess around with things too much, I go to my pharmacy and tell them that I would like to buy my next refill out-of-pocket (so you couldn't just phone in your refill).

Well I opted to just take this week off and then get a new pill pack this weekend and start on Sunday again. I also thought about just taking the first week in my old pill pack but then I'll be off again and have to take the second week from my new one and be early needing another pack earlier than usual and be told that I'd have to wait another week. If I'm not going to be having sex for another 2 full months, there shouldn't be a problem, should there?
