Okay this may be hard to follow but here goes. I am thinking way ahead. My fiancé and I live in different states and see each other every 3-4 months. Well I am visiting him at the beginning of Oct. and had figured out that the week I would be there would be the week of my period so I decided to start now this month and push it back a week so that everything would be on track in 2 months. So I took the 3 weeks of active pills in my pack and then took the third week from a new pack and am now on my placebos. The thing is, now I have the 3rd week gone from my new pack and I would really just like to trash the other two weeks in this one and get a new pack so that I can start normal again. Well when I called the pharmacy to get a refill yesterday I was told that it was only 2 weeks ago that I got a refill and that I would have to wait another week so that my insurance would cover it. So now that leaves me with the dilemma whether to start in on the first week of the pack where I already used the 3rd week of pills or to just go a week without any BC (I'm not having sex for another 2 months anyway) and then get the new pack late next week and start normal with that the following Sunday? Will it screw up anything if I go a week without? The directions say to start a new pill pack the Sunday after your period (if you want to be a Sunday starter, which I do) so if I start on the Sunday I want too, it won't be following my period. All in all, if nothing is happening for another 2 months, no matter what I do, will ilt all be good in 2 months?

If it were me, I'd just say to go without for awhile. I used to be long-distance from my now-husband, and a couple of times I had to be in the hospital, and off bc. It never hurt to just start again after my next period.

Hi again Mapper71,
Jill
If it's me, and I don't like to mess around with things too much, I go to my pharmacy and tell them that I would like to buy my next refill out-of-pocket (so you couldn't just phone in your refill).
