>Animals have learned that in dry seasons there is no moisture near the surface of the soil, so they dig below the surface to find water that will quench their thrist. Thirsty trees also send their roots down deep to reach undersground pockets of water.
During your seasons of sorrow, my child, let your roots go down deep into my love for you. Let my living water satisfy your thirsty spirit. Though now you may see see only the charred ashes of your life, trust me. I am in the process of renewing you. You can trade those ashes for beauty, trade your mourning for my joy, and trade your troubled spirit for my song of praise. Dig down deep, and your healing will spring forth.
