cyst or pregnancy

I have had many cysts and I am only 17. After freaking out over being pregnant this month(I have never had intercourse so if it is a pregnancy it would have to be from outercourse) I read online that the symptoms of ovarian cysts are sometimes confused with ectopic pregnanices.
My stomach is very swollen. It is usually swollen with my cysts but not this bad. I usually can feel it and just know that I have another cyst. Right now I can actually feel a very small lump which I think is a cyst. My stomach has a little line under it and of course, being as paranoid as I am, I am scared that it could be a stretch mark from pregnancy!!! I'm hoping it could just be from normal swelling from a cyst. I have had sudden, random stomach pains, which I normally have from cysts, they just aren't this bad. I also have been having migraines, and serious constipation, which I've also had before with cysts. My breasts, however, are NOT sore, so I've been looking at that as my only sign of hope.
I am just freaking out TERRIBLY because it is the scariest thing ever that I have had an ultrasound planned for this Thursday for the past three months and am horrified to go in and have them say "DID YOU KNOW YOU ARE PREGNANT?!?!??!"

Hi again ocd11,

Ahh, thanks, I am actually a lot more calm. I was just very stressed from working 24/7 and sports which I am sure doesn't help the case at all.
I just figured that buying a test kit wouldn't work because I shouldn't get my period for two more weeks and I read online that it wouldn't show up until at least 5 days before that.
Thanks again.
Hi ocd11
You can take a pregnancy test two weeks after the last chance of conception.
I just thought that I'd let you know that I had a cyst that burst. (NOT PREGNANT! :) )
My gyno and I decided that I will be starting Ortho Evra after my next period. I was fine with it until I came home and read all the scary things about it on the board. Should I be worried?
