Yaz and missed periods...

I'm not really sure where to begin with this question, since my history of problems with various birth control pills is very long. I started taking Ortho-Cyclen two years ago, was on it for a year, but stopped because I had continuous breakthrough bleeding for two months. I switched to Ortho Novum about a year ago, but stopped that because I was getting bad headaches during my period, and had skipped two periods while on the pill (though not in a row).
I started on Yaz three months ago, and have not had two of my last 3 periods. The one after the first pack was normal, but there has been nothing after packs two and three. I haven't had sex since May, and have had two normal periods since then (one after my last pack of Ortho-Novum, and one after my first pack of Yaz). I didn't think pregnancy was possible, but now that I have skipped a second period, and am feeling extremely nauseous all the time - I'm pretty worried. I took a home pregnancy test after my first skipped period, and it came out negative. I didn't take it early in the morning like it's suggested, so I suppose it's possible that it was a false negative - though I'd think that if I was 2 months pregnant (took the test in July, last time I'd had sex was in May..), it would show up regardless. But if this isn't true, please let me know so I can retake it if pregnancy is a possibility.
I guess my question is, should I be worried? I can't get an appointment with my doctor for another month or so - so should I try to see someone else sooner? Is it possible that my nausea is a side effect of Yaz, or is it possible that I am, in fact, pregnant? Is there another explanation for my skipped periods? (I've had a really stressful summer, but I know that stress doesn't really play as much of a role in our cycles as we think).. I know Yaz is pretty new, but has anyone had any similar experiences? Sorry for all of the questions, I just don't like not knowing what my body is doing! Thanks so much in advance!
