Can Loestrin 1/20 be used at emergency contraception?

I am on the patch, would that affect it?

No, Loestrin is not one of the pills that can be used as emergency contraception. The only pills that you can use contain the progestin levonorgestrel.

I don't even know if I should take it. I guess I just freaked out at the time.

I put the patch on last Sunday( not two days ago, the week before that) and it was the day that my period started. But I really didn't have any side effects taht whole week. And then this Sunday when I changed my patch my boobs started to become very achy and so I was scared that maybe I had the patch on wrong the first week, like maybe too low on my abdomen. And I had sex that night without a condom but he pulled out. I felt weird after but I'm guessing that was just stress and nerves. Yesterday I had a lot of physical activity and today my back is tremendously sore.

I can't go get plan B because I a underage.

Do you think that my patch was not working the first week I had it on?

After 7 days (so after your patch change), your patch should have been protecting you from pregnancy.
